Im not a big fan of this song……but give it a listen anyways. [B]Oh Daddy[/B] Ft. Young Chris A pimp song where Beans and Chirs talk about the ladies they love, then they leave. A weaker point of this cd [B]Change[/B] Ft. Rell and Melissa Jay Songs a bit of filler, its almost like hes summin up everything hes already done on the cd……Personally, I think it was a statement to a point in the Cd where he switches objectives. You’ll see what i mean! [B]Bread & Butter[/B] The love song to the girl whos betrayed him. More of a hate reletionship at this point! Beans spit’s a furious verse about the one he cant trust! [I]You know I was your bread and butter And I aint talking bout htat bread I fucked upon you, Cuz in my head I swore I loved her,[/I] …….......later in the verse [I]Why would I play you , I made you? And im not talking bout the labels I gave you, I brought you around hov and the labels.[/I] [B]Lord Have Mercy[/B] Another beat with a “holy” type feeling to it. Beans spits about “[I]showing his kids heaven on earth/ but the pain on his heart, weigh heavy they hurt/”[/I]Another top notch song! At this point on the cd you have to wonder to yourself why beans gets slept on so much in the industry!! [B]Flatline[/B] Ft. Peedi Peedi Absolutely aggressively terrifying chords haunt this murder track! Beans and Peedi take it back to the streets and heat it up while they are there! [I][B]Beans Verse 1[/B]-Beanie Sigel Fresh out, The federal cases I got several About four or five just had to settle two They said I tried to show a nigga what the metal do But didn't succeed, The nigga still breath Attempt please, I woulda hit him in his peas Wit' the Mac wit' the beam that got back in the breeze[/I] [B]Tales of a Hustler Part 2[/B] Ft. Oschino and Sparks Beans shows some slick talk about his life on the streets. Another song where the beat just puts you into the song, but doesn’t over shadow his lyrics. A tight track as the horns guide Beans flow. [B]Look at me Now[/B] Ft. Rell Instead of more street talk, hes talking bout his situation now, family, friends…what hes doing, what he wants to do, and what he can do, while not forgetting where he came from…..Beans’s flow is on point once again. [B]It’s on[/B] Ft. Jay-z Ummmm ok… Beans first verse…HOT, Jay come in his verse is hotter..than beans out does jay….than jay outdoes beans….im not even gonna post lyrics cuz I don’t want yall to die sitting reading them…. [B]Wanted[/B] Ft. Cam’ron On the sampled beat, Beans and Cam give some talk bout the streets and how to keep out them bars. There “Wanted--Dead or Alive”. I know this is gonna sound very odd, but Cam spit’s a pretty nice verse! I guess he had to step it up cuz beans in no Dip-Set hack! [B]Final Thoughts[/B] I don’t understand how this man gets slept on in the industry, but every time you hear a rapper get asked who hes feeling, Beans is always on the list! Just because he doesn’t put out some weak radio bullshit like every other artist I guess. Feel it in the Air is simply the best song on the Album…and no one matches Beans flow or lyrics the whole album with the exception of Jay. If you listen to the album, you can see why “Changes” is on the album, because it does represent the change of mood on the album. If you don’t got it, get it! Support a real lyricist for once! cheers"
